Fusion Air is undoubtedly the best in the business. I have been dealing with ongoing problems with my cooling system for over a year. Despite engaging two previous contractors who misdiagnosed the issue and performed unnecessary repairs, my AC unit continued to fail in adequately cooling my home. After spending thousands, I was eventually told that the unit's capacity was too small for the home and that I needed to purchase a secondary AC unit despite it working properly for years. With just a single phone call, Edmund and his team promptly and accurately identified the root cause. The problem was resolved the very next day! Edmund, the owner of Fusion, also went above and beyond by personally researching a specific piece of equipment's warranty status. He called the manufacturer himself and discovered that it was still covered by warranty, contrary to what I had been previously informed. Fusion air clearly prioritizes the satisfaction of their customers by delivering value and quality work.

Edmond and his team are great. I over see the maintenance of our church and one of our kids rooms ac unit went out on a Thursday. I worked with another company to get the unit replaced until Friday afternoon and was told that we would have to wait until the following Tuesday. We needed the room functioning for Sunday so I called Edmond. He got us a new unit and had everything up and running by Saturday afternoon. The price was great. Fusion Air is reliable and honest.
