Total scam. They put in a system less than ten yours ago. Had to recharge the Freon twice yet won’t take responsibility for defective equipment. This is a snow bird home where the ac isn’t used during the summer. Now the repairman says the system is fried because it was miss wired and over amped. A system which they installed. Over amped is nonsense which defies physics. No such thing. Now they want to send out a sales rep to go over the options. Total scam.
We bought an air conditioner from New AC Unit.com and that was our first mistake! They contracted Farnsworth to put it in . . . One.disaster.after.another! From putting a hole in my bedroom wall, to water pouring through my bathroom ceiling, to the unit not working correctly. A nightmare! The problems go on snd on . . . I finally found a company I trusted, however, they recently stopped working weekends, so I had to find a reputable company that can fix it when we need them. So, I got a referral from a friend that I trust implicitly. Wow! He is amazing! He told me that this is the worst install he has ever seen and whomever installed our unit should NOT be in business!... read full review
