I wanted to write a review and tell everyone in the world how amazing this studio is! At Exhale Yoga they have made me a better person over the last two years. I love this studio I love all of the instructors and most of all I love that Tiffany the owner has created a beautiful space to come and truly practice true yogi mentality. A truly judgement free zone. This is not just a studio this is a life choice and these are the coaches that I need in my life . I appreciate all the instructors at this amazing studio. First timer and loved it!! I’m pretty picky about my yoga studios as I used to go to an amazing one in Los Angeles and this place was great today! I’m definitely been off my yoga game and I’ve been going through some stressful times and I just had an urgency to get into a class. I booked it Friday night and everything was five star. Jennifer greeted me when I walked in. She was the instructor and she was super nice and they had some really cute boutique yoga T-shirts in the lobby. She let me know where everything was and everything was really clean in there especially the bathroom. The yoga studio and the heat were just perfect as well. An absolutely wonderful studio with caring, compassionate, and hard working experienced instructors. I joined exhale about 3 weeks ago and have been going several times a week. Tiff is an amazing owner and excellent instructor.. her classes have so much depth to them. I have tried both the hot fast paced classes and the slow restorative ones, both are amazing. For anyone wanting to try yoga, this is your spot. I had an incredible experience last night in Macey's class. The class was moving and powerful, and I found myself crying towards the end.
