Communication was flawless and timely, and the installers were courteous professionals that were always on time. They installed over 1000 sqft in 3 separate rooms over several days, and each night they cleaned up the home before leaving. Their work ethic and attention to detail were outstanding. Steve and his team, Nate and Brian, were highly experienced and knowledgeable. They are extremely organized and delivered on every time frame they provided. The floors are absolutely beautiful. They have worked with Eisenhour Hardwood Floors on five different occasions, and every single time they have been phenomenal. Everything from ordering the flooring to install has gone very smoothly. The entire process was incredibly smooth, with minimal mess and exceptional efficiency. Steve provided invaluable assistance in selecting the perfect wood, and Nate, who is remarkably meticulous and a perfectionist, handled the installation flawlessly. We had such a great experience with Steve. This is the second time we have used Eisenhour to do the flooring in our home. Both times were very positive experiences. Steve was very patient with me when I went to his store multiple times to spend hours looking at all the floor samples, bring a bunch home and then repeat 4-5 times. Steve was attentive, quick to respond to texts and came to my house a couple times to check things out personally and make sure we were doing exactly what I wanted. I didn’t know anything about picking out new flooring but Steve talked me through it and had all the samples for me to take home and see what I liked best. Once we selected our material, we were scheduled quickly and the process was so smooth! Install guys were quick and efficient and we love our new floors!
