We had a complex home restoration project, and EA, specifically Calvin and our project manager, Austin, were so easy to work with and did a great job. Even when insurance was a nightmare, they got the job done.
Our AC drain line overflowed and leaked into the downstairs ceiling. We needed carpet and drywall dry-out, drywall removal, new drywall install, paint, and carpet cleaning. Through the entire process the EA Restoration team was great. Good communication, friendly workers, high-quality work, follow-up to ensure we were satisfied. Shout out to Jose, Jake, and Darius who worked on the mitigation and were especially friendly and handled the immediate situation with care. Onix did an excellent job on the drywall repair and painting. Mark was a great point of contact to keep the whole project on track. From the getgo everyone was professional, courteous, did there job that they were supposed to do. The manager who set it all up to the group who removed and put back up my solar panals, to the guys who scraped the roof and put the new roof on, they were totally professional, communicated, and above all...polite. I'll use EA Restoration in the future if need be.
