Pedicure was fine. My frustration is with their lack of concern of me as a client. I had an appointment and waited 35 minutes with my feet sitting in by then cold water. No one came to check on me, not to indicate that they were running late, to see if I needed anything, to indicate when I would be taken care of. It was only as I stood up to leave after 35 minutes that someone finally talked to me. I had a tight schedule that day which added to my frustration. I get pedis for a chance to relax and pamper myself, not to add to my stress. I called on short notice and was able to get scheduled within a couple hours. Then I received a call back asking if I could come sooner, they had an opening come up. I really appreciate the above and beyond service! It’s very apparent you are in a quality space with super helpful staff ? Tony is a craftsman, I am extremely happy with my nails! I absolutely recommend Dip Nail Boutique-Longbow!

Came here for the first time and I’m very impressed! Tony did a GREAT job and I will be going back to him for sure. He said whoever had done my nails before was not good and fixed them right up. Don’t hesitate to trust them with your nail care!
