Been going to Lara for years. She gives a wonderful deep massage. Never disappointed. She is intuitive but also listens to your problem areas. Having PT on arm but it felt better when Lara worked on it. Looking forward to my massage this week after all the holiday stress.

This is the only place I go for a massage anymore. I have had many massages in the past due to my deteriorated discs in my neck and my lower back. The muscles get so knotted. Then I had to have rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders, along with a torn bicep tendon, sub scapula and scapula. Lara was recommended to me as an addition to my physical therapy. I have complete motion now on both arms where many of my friends have not been so lucky. I had an extremely tight IT Band that was causing irritation in my knee visible on an MRI. Lara was able to get it relaxed and stop the irritation. I won't go anywhere else.
