Based on the reviews, Crum Plumbing Inc. has been used several times and customers have been happy. A toilet repair was so quick and easy, there was no charge. The repairman was pleasant and explained what happened. They did a great job on a new build, executing everything just as requested with neat and clean work. Their quick reaction to a water heater replacement was fantastic, and they always go above and beyond. A plumbing issue was handled promptly and efficiently with top-notch quality. The work is excellent, the pricing is fantastic and very fair, and the team is professional, reliable, and easy to work with.
I’ve used Crum plumbing several times and have been happy. This time a toilet repair was so quick and easy, I was not charged for it. Pleasant repairman who explained what happened and what I could do without making me feel bad. What more can you ask for?
