All staff I encountered were courteous and friendly. One staff member engaged in conversation with me while I waited for my Uber. They even washed my car which I really appreciated.

The recall took 5 hours at which no one talked you me regarding the progress of my car. I was not offered a car wash as six other clients were offered. Maybe because I didn't pay to have an oil change. I know why I don't come back for auto work.
