Megan and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I scheduled a somewhat last minute appointment the night prior to my appointment,it was nice to find somewh that can accommodate that. Megan did a great job helping me achieve the look I was looking for while also being friendly and personable. I will be coming back for my future haircuts. :)
Had my hair done with Kaitlyn M yesterday and absolutely loved my experience. The salon is super clean and designed beautifully and Kaitlyn was an amazing stylist. I wanted to just zone out and be pampered and after she assessed what I wanted and preferred I was able to do just that. My hair turned out exactly as I hoped for and I will feel comfy and confident celebrating my bday in Nashville with great hair!
I’ve been going to Cosmos for years now and have only seen Kim. The salon is upscale which means the best hair products and services are top tier! My hair is absolutely amazing every single time I come out of an appointment. Kim is highly skilled and talented. I appreciate her being patient with me and my crazy hair shenanigans.
