Victoria was so great. She was the front desk receptionist! So friendly and she took time to help me get some flyers for LGBTQ. Five stars! The three stars was from my last visit when the front desk receptionist didn’t go back to tell the counselor that I was there so I waited Almost 20 or 30 minutes for my counseling appointment

I went here for an entire year for mental health assistance, the front desk employees have changed several times but they are always so helpful and nice while the doctors and counselors are all overbooked overworked and very burnt out. This place will prescribe you medicine or provide you with therapy but the general feel of the staff I dealt with was that they don't truly care or show true empathy for the patients. Steer clear of this place as there are much better options and plenty of other doctors/counselors who aren't burnt out and will care for your problems. The staff is very welcoming, courteous and professional. Willing to answer or find an answer to any questions you might have. If you ever need these types of services, The Marc Center is a great place to go .
