Check-in rigorous with overwhelming paperwork. Many on-the-fly introductions with no time to process. Staffers go to get something and get distracted, creating long wait times for simple requests.
My mother-in-law has been at this place for quite a while now. All the staff from when you walk in the door until you leave are phenomenal! They will make you and your family member feel like you matter at the most important times. It's also a very clean place with an abundance of activities for their patients to do as well. My husband also wanted me to do a special shout out to Stephanie and Zack two of the physical therapist did a really good at their jobs and do a top-notch job. Ally the caseworker was very patient and helped us with everything.
I had a wonderful experience with Citadel Post Acute. The staff was caring, attentive, and always professional. Everyone treated my friend with kindness and respect, the facility was clean and welcoming. Communication with the team was excellent, and it was clear they truly care about the well-being and recovery of their patients. My friend was really happy with the food they provided 😊Thank you to the entire team for the compassionate care and support.
