Chris Jones was excellent in communicating with me on updates of my case right away. When Chris heard any news, he called me right away to update me. Chris Jones went the extra mile to make sure I was treated fairly by the company I was suing. Any questions I had, he answered and explained things to me when I was confused. He fought for what was right. Hopefully I don’t have to hire Chris Jones again, however if I was injured again by the negligence of anyone’s hands, Chris Jones is who I would go to.
