My garage door broke on New Year’s Eve after hours they were out within an hour of me calling. initially made a mistake during the repair. What really impressed me, though, was how quickly and professionally they handled it. The owner of this company will make sure you are taken care of. They came back out right away, fixed everything properly, and didn’t waste any of my time. Mistakes happen, but the way they stood behind their work showed real integrity. I appreciate their professionalism and fast service.

Honestly cannot say enough AMAZING things about Cactus Garage Doors. Especially, the technician Noah!! I called them because a bigger garage repair service overpromised and never delivered. Not only did they come out same day to assess the situation, but when my husband and I decided what garage door machine we wanted, I called and Noah turned right back around and came and installed it!! Noah was extremely knowledgeable, kind and efficient. He actually explained to me what the issue was (unlike the first tech from the bigger company). I had Mike with Cactus fix my door last year. I was worried it acting up was the workmanship from last year, but he was very professional and diligent in what he does. He is honest and good at what he does. I dont trust many companies, but I highly recommend this one. They stand on there work and word. Id give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks for your help and quite resolution.
