i called c&c garage door repair when my garage door kept opening on its own. at first, i thought i needed to replace the whole system, but after talking with jaime, we figured out the wall control button was the problem—it was a little flimsy and too sensitive. even though jaime was busy with other jobs, he took the time to answer all my questions over the phone and later dropped off a new wall control for me, without asking for anything in return. i tried to pay him, but he just said helping customers is what he does. that's real five-star service. i'm going to swap out the switch and hope it fixes the problem, and if not, i know i can count on jaime to help me replace...read full review
