I loved this office for a long time and always felt the veterinarians provided amazing care to all 3 of my boys. Their record keeping is why I’ve marked my review lower though. I went to this vet for years and only left due to moving out of state. Since then I obviously had to find a new vet. When asked to send my new vet’s office the vaccination history for my cat’s recent appointment, they sent an email saying he had no vaccine history. I looked through my receipts, I have numerous receipts showing all of the kitten vaccinations and then boosters he received there. This veterinarian was the best place I've ever been to. I've had several animals over the years with several Vet visits spread over 2 states n this place was THEE best place ever. Unfortunately we had to put our senior dog down and this place gave my special girl a beautiful send off. We had a private room with couches n her own bed to relax in while our family loved on her, with snacks, coffee n everything you could possibly think of to comfort the dog along with the grieving family members. Best veterinary clinic in the East valley. All of my dogs over the years have been patients at Best Friends. From puppyhood to senior age, these vets and vet assistants will take exceptional care of your pet. Whether doing a routine exam, assessing an acute illness or managing a chronic condition these vets know their stuff! Very reasonable prices and their approach is always the least invasive and cheapest treatment first. They have always made time for my pups in an emergency and they go above and beyond to make the visit as fear free as possible for every patient.
