Many clients have shared their long-term loyalty to the clinic, highlighting the kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic staff who truly care about the pets. The clinic's approach is focused on providing the least invasive and most cost-effective treatment options, always prioritizing the well-being of the animals.
However, one client raised concerns about the accuracy of the clinic's medical record-keeping, noting an issue with locating vaccination history for a pet. I've been taking my dogs here for over 12 years. The staff have always been super friendly and respectful. A business that is true to their word, especially when it comes to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend for all veterinary services.
We love Best Friends. We've been bringing our cats here for years. We will never go anywhere else. The staff is friendly, doctors are knowledgeable , and they make sure we feel comfortable and answer all our questions.
I have been taking my dog Momo here for years and I can not stress enough how incredible the staff at Best Friends Animal hospital are. They are kind, knowledgeable, empathic and they care about about my dog.
Momo has a seizure disorder and they have quickly helped to manage her symptoms and create a health care plan.
Costs are reasonable and they are very upfront about everything with no hidden fees or "gotchas".
I recommend this veterinarian's office for your fur baby.
