Knowledgeable vets and attentive staff, all polite if not very caring when dealing with both patients and their humans. They are supportive, and have really good follow up after surgeries and such.

The vet services at Bark Avenue were excellent. I am a Canadian and had a very sick little dog. They remedied his situation right away and were very reasonably priced. I have sold my place in Mesa and will not be back on a regular basis.....if I do go to visit and need a vet BARK AVENUE will for sure be my choice. Thanks Dr Carson and staff.

Unfortunately the Hospital/Vet does not give the same quality of customer service and care as the Pet Supply Store and the DayCare and Grooming. We were turned away from our 4:30pm appointment because they said the appointment was scheduled for 4pm. I told them I have a confirmation email stating my appointment time. They asked for screenshots of my email confirmation. After reviewing the Head Vet Tech told us we must reschedule. Although this appointment was only for vaccines so our dog could continue attending BARK AVENUE DOGGY DAYCARE, they refused to try to squeeze us in for the day, even though the office closed two hours later. They offered no remedy and apology that I would have to take PTO again to attend the rescheduled appointment.

I really appreciate the care & concern through out the whole experience for our Senior dog to be seen at Bark Ave. Zach answered the phone promptly, listened to my concerns about my pet & offered an appointment that met my needs. Upon arriving, we were greeted and seated in a room and the technician, Maddie, also arrived without delay to take a history & vitals on our pet. Dr. Kelsey did not keep us waiting, was very thorough in her exam and allowed time for Q&A. I appreciate that no one tried to "up-sell" me on ridiculously expensive treatment plans but provided practical, down to earth recommendations. I feel like their focus at was on the pet. Definitely will be back for our routine vet care & recommend others do the same.

Though a bit of a trek, the travel is well worth having our furry babies be properly taken care of. The support staff is great and shows great empathy through difficult times. The vet assistants always make the pets feel comfortable and are very patient. Ultimately, it is the loving care provided by Dr. Carson that has kept us coming back time after time. Dr. Carson takes the time to explain a diagnosis or treatment plan and always follows through. Getting a call from the doctor to review lab work is reassuring and comforting.

Dr Z was excellent with our dog and quickly diagnosed his fatty growths. She recommended a quick procedure that quickly confirmed her diagnosis and set our minds at ease.

They were wonderful 2 years ago when I had to put our 20 year old cat to sleep. However, since then I have never been able to get in. Whenever I call they never have availability for any of my cats/dogs. As great as that is for them being so busy, it just is a bummer for my pets as I really felt comfortable with them. I do take them elsewhere but I really liked Bark Avenue and their staff.
