Dr Daniel was sooo nice, caring, and listened to me. This is a good urgent care, with a good staff. I gave 4 stars because I had to wait 3 hours. I wished they might have had more doctors on staff so I could have gotten seen quicker. But Dr Daniel is the BEST!!!! I had gone to the emergency room at Banner Baywood hospital last night ( a friday night) and the waiting room had 30 people. I waited 4 hours, sick, sitting there in a hard chair, and finally just went home, not having been seen. So this morning I went to this urgent care. It was so much easier!

I had a very good experience. Everybody was very helpful and kind. Thank you for having Banner Urgent Care available. I will definitely recommend the one on Higley Rd in the future.

The lovely woman at the front desk was sweet, attentive, and on top of things. The doctor took his time explaining his findings, the reason for my prescriptions, and exactly how and when to apply/take my medications. I felt respected and worthy of his time.
