I was seen right away and felt as though the PA really cared about my symptoms. Numerous tests were run to find out what I had. I got a prescription for the upper respiratory symptoms and still waiting on test results for rest. I really like this urgent care and it is open on Sundays which is very nice.

My experience with Dr. Miranda and her entire team was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff (Taleah) welcomed me with warm smiles and were incredibly helpful with scheduling and paperwork, making everything so easy and stress-free. The nurse practitioners (Tomas & Karen) was also fantastic—they were attentive, kind, and took the time to answer my questions and gather details, making sure I felt heard and understood.

I went to the banner urgent care and was treated with great care. The PA that saw me took her time and even had me stay after giving me medication to see my reaction. She also called me 2 days later on a Saturday to see how I was doing. Now that is what patients care is all about. Kudos to her and the rest of the staff at the urgent care on Mckellips and Gilbert rd.
