I was a past visitor with my daughter years ago and was not happy. I didn’t want to go to the hospital but my Husband and Daughter insisted.
The result is I had a positive and caring staff that was helpful and kind. I was so happy with the experience and would definitely go back to this Emergency Room.
Banner Baywood was ok. It took forever to get into a room, despite having a fever of 104. The nursing staff here was good, sometimes Banner nurses can be very condescending and rude if you happen to look a certain way. Good care, minimal amount of fuss, easy squeezy.
It was a busy night - waited an hour to be called back. Dr. Bunker visited me immediately - very knowledgeable. Stephanie, the ER nurse, was professional and kind. Spent five hours in ER - thought it should have been shorter.
