I deeply regret going to this place. I specifically asked “Dr. Ross” in Room 101 to inject Botox in a way that would lift my eyebrows and eyelids. Instead, the injections were done incorrectly, and as a result my entire face dropped down 😢. I feel I fell into the hands of an unqualified specialist. This was a very unprofessional experience. Be careful when choosing this clinic.

Went to Sonora quest today on 6344 E Broadway Rd Unit 118 Mesa AZ. Have been there several times before and they have been great! Today was another story! Absolutely terrible!! You have about 6 employees all standing around at the counter just talking and no one helping anyone. Checked in on the kiosk and just sat there. No one bothered to ask if I had my order or for my insurance. I finally got up and said something and they told me oh we don't ask for that anymore. Yet they asked the lady sitting next to me. I asked if my daughter could go back by herself since I had my 2 little ones and they said no because she was not 16. She can't verify her own info. Yet when we were in there they didn't bother to ask me to verify her info or anything they let her do it after saying she couldn't. The music was so damn loud in the office you could barely hear what anyone was even saying in the room. Not only that playing hip hop and rap isn't professional and then how loud it was, was absolutely ridiculous. Sounded like a club in there! They weren't bothering to call anyone back or help anyone check in because one Kiosk wasn't working and people kept going to it and they would just watch. Finally after I had to say something they told me "oh we can take you guys back right now" well for the last 20 minutes they were all talking and hanging out why didn't they take anyone else back or communicate with anyone. This is by far the worse Sonora quest and most unprofessional place I have been too. People are here to have labs done, not have a bunch of employees having a hang out session, chatting it up like it's happy hour with music blasting. They should learn how to communicate with patients and tell them what's going on instead of having a bunch of people just having social hour! I wasn't the only one annoyed, another lady with 2 kids was complaining about how long they were taking too. They couldn't even help her put the heating pad on her baby's heel. Just handed it to her and said put this on her baby's foot. She had to go up there and tell them usually the doctor does this. I'm sorry but this office is just ghetto, trashy and unprofessional and it seriously needs management! No other office I have ever been too has been this terrible!! Train these employees and get them some mannerism. And what I think is the supervisor (bigger lady with black hair) she needs an attitude adjustment. Looks like she hates her job and acts like it too! Maybe the male guy in the blue shirt should also be the boss instead of hanging out with his employees like is social hour too!! TERRIBLE !!! I will write a bad review about this location on every site I can! Do not go there!!!! Also it's soooooooo DIRTY!!! Clean up! This is a blood drawing place!! It should not be dirty! The lady that drew my daughter's labs we didn't even see her sanitize her hands before or after!!! Health problem if you ask me!!!

The front staff is especially good. They are friendly, helpful and professional. The staff that does the work have been good too, don't think I've ever gotten the same person but all good.
