Another associate took the time to help find a specific, hard-to-find box of tile, which was very recommended. A different staff member was personable with the best design knowledge, helping choose perfect area rugs to match accent pieces, with the plush wool rug having perfect color matches. Another associate was helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt with communication, ordering product and installation fast, making the experience seamless from walking in to walking on new beautiful carpet.
