Continental Properties, the company that operates the Springs Apartments, has a D- Better Business Bureau rating ( Dozens of renters and applicants have filed complaints, alleging fraudulent and deceptive practices, particularly the failure to refund money. Your safest bet is to avoid doing business with them and choose a reputable apartment community. If they owe you money and you paid by credit card, dispute the charge immediately with your credit card company. Leave the dispute open--no matter what--and force the Springs Apartments to prove they have refunded your money. I'm giving this place 5 stars because of Jim from maintenance. If I need filters changed, Him and his guy are here to change it. If I need them to listen to washer to help fix it be quiet, they do that. When I saw some water drops, they find the problem and fixes it. When I have spider emergency, he's there to take care the spider away. Office tried to tell me it wasn't an emergency but it is!

I wish I could give the complex 0 stars. They nickel and dime for everything and then have zero response when their residents try and follow up for clarification. As a person in the customer service industry, our job is to help people understand policies and procedures and to do so you simply have to answer your office phone or be available during your posted office hours.
