I have always been satisfied with the work this dealership provides. My service rep, Thomas, is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He always keeps me up to date on the progress of my service. The service team, as a whole, is great. The works is always performed within the time frame specified by Thomas. Costs are reasonable for a dealership. I have been bringing my truck here for 5 years now and never had any problems. I will continue to use AutoNation Chevrolet in Mesa.
Always fair pricing - they never seem to oversell the services needed on my personal Chevy truck. It makes me wish we had purchased Chevrolet vans as our company vehicles as I always feel to be overpriced and overcharged by another brand for the work vans. When it comes time to replace the company vehicles I will definitely look at Chevrolet and be back to Autonation Chevrolet in Mesa.
