Workers could not communicate with me and gave their phone to the owner so I could explain the problem of my water heater to determine it needed to be replaced. The owner quickly quoted me $4,200 for a 75 gallon gas water tank. When I asked what kind of water tank and what the labor costs were, he asked that I hand the phone to his workers. He talked to the worker for 10 seconds and then they literally ran off my property, ignoring me. Rude service, insane prices and unprofessional behavior. Hours later, I found an excellent company that charged me $2,300, were in and out of my garage in 40 minutes, and installed a high end water tank with an excellent warranty.

I finally found an ethical plumber! The office staff is friendly and the plumbers are knowledgeable and personable. Pricing is very fair. They diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. I highly recommend this company! I will never call any one else.

Contacted them at 12:30 after my bathroom flooded from a main sewage line clog and the friendly woman who answered the phone told me someone could be at my house between 2 and 3:00 that same day. Someone was at my house by 1:30 PM, resolved the issue and charged a fair price. The payment process was also very easy with the Quickbooks invoice and online credit card payment. Thank you for being so responsive and for taking care of this so quickly!!!
