I immediately felt the love and warmth when I walked in! The team has helped me regulate my hormones and my nervous system, simultaneously. The ketamine experience was approached with ease and guidance, and truly made me feel safe and comfortable to have the experience and clear the negative self talk in my own head. 10/10 recommend this team at Arizona Wellness Center and the Rewire Retreats!

I attended the all-women’s Rewire ketamine retreat last weekend, and it was honestly one of the most exceptional experiences I’ve ever had. The level of connection, love, and support within the group therapy sessions was unlike anything I’ve felt before. We worked through real traumas, trials, and personal challenges — but we also explored joy, play, and the parts of ourselves we often forget to celebrate.
