Just visited Allen’s Auto today and had an amazing experience. Eric checked my car and quickly diagnosed that my motor mount was loose and wearing out, which explained the rattling I’d been hearing. He even recommended I stop by the dealership to see if it might still be under warranty—super honest and refreshing.

Mike came out today when I was in need of a tow. Very fast at getting to my location and once there was professional throughout. It was only 96F outside but felt like 100+ so every minute counts. Turns out that the only issue was my battery so he was able to get my car running again and even offered to drive behind me to my location 2 miles away. He was so kind and helpful, I only wish I had some cash on me to tip him for his outstanding services. He went above and beyond for me and I hope this review makes it to the right person to reward him.

I recently had a disappointing experience with your customer service. The first time I was disconnected, I hoped it was a simple misunderstanding. However, after being hung up on twice by the same individual, it has become clear that this is not an isolated incident. My concern was validated after reading other recent reviews that report similar mistreatment and abrupt terminations of phone calls.
I am leaving this review to bring attention to a pattern of behavior and to provide a constructive path forward. I believe the employee in question would benefit from additional training on how to resolve customer issues respectfully.
While I am not typically one to leave negative feedback, I feel it is important to speak up when there appears to be a systemic issue. I hope to see improvement in this area for the benefit of all future customers. I will happily remove my review if, after one year, I no longer see similar complaints posted online.

I recently was in the market for a used car. Allen's performed pre purchase inspects on the vehicles I was considering. The first would have cost me over $6 000 to 8000. In future repairs. The second had minor cosmetic issues. Both looked good on paper,. I bought the second one.
Allen's as earned our trust over the years for honest and fair service.

These guys feel like family. They are so friendly and helpful and I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Definitely recommend.

Had some work done on my wife’s brakes. We thought it was the rear rotors at first, but once Eric looked at them and went to turn them he determined it was the fronts which were not very old and under warranty. They were so honest, they let me bring the new rotors and changed out the front ones for free with the replacement parts. Nice to know someone isn’t trying to just charge for stuff they didn’t even do.

Sometimes it has a lot of better prices than other automotive shops. Definitely recommend them before anyone else. I have experienced bad fixes, but I go back, and they fix their mistakes. But other than that they have good knowledgeable staff, and get the job done.

Amazing shop. We took my van in to get an alignment and have the breaks looked at. The mechanic is very honest and extremely helpful. Will definitely come here again and tell anyone who needs their car worked on to come here!

The owner Eric runs a pretty good business. I've used them multiple times and so long as they're not overly busy and services good.

I trust Eric and he stands being his work. He is not afraid to tell the truth.
