My AC system went out and I needed a complete system replacement + additional duct / air vent installation. Bill, Chris, and Jared were the technicians I worked with throughout the process and all three of them were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient with the service. Jared was an excellent service technician! He was knowledgeable, courteous and answered to my satisfaction every question. He didn’t rush the job and checked everything to make sure the air conditioner was running properly. He also took photos and discussed what I should be aware of going forward to assure me my ac unit is working accurately. Jared went above and beyond my expectation! My AC unit quit late Saturday night. I began making calls first thing Sunday morning. The first place I called said they could not take on any new customers due to the high volume of service calls. I then called Alan’s Air and was told a technician could be here after 11:00am. He showed up at 10:00am. He checked out the unit, which was 21 years old, and I determined that it would be a waste of money to pursue repairs and we decided on a new unit.
