This is my 5th time returning, I wear heels every day to work and the heel caps wear out quickly. I recently moved and drove 2 hours to have him replace them as he’s the only one I trust now. Always quality work, he was transparent about the possibility that one pair may not be able to be repaired, he was able to fix them despite being a difficult job. He understands the material and values the quality of his work. He looks for possible issues that may happen down the road if not cared for properly. I’ll be continuing to use them until I retire my heels.

I went to another shoe repair shop who took one glance at my boot and told me that it couldn't be repaired. I went to Gnome's shoe repair and I was able to get my boot heel repaired in better shape than in new condition. I also took a heel that had the strap so broken that I didn't think it could be repaired. When I received the heel back I was very surprised to see that it looked like it never needed a repair at all. Nathaniel is very nice and the prices are affordable. I highly recommend Gnome's shoe repair. It is a small shop and I highly advise that you call ahead and make an appointment.

Thank you to A Gnomes Shoe Repair for the work you did on my dress shoes. You weren’t sure you could fix them, but you did and they look like brand new! It is so hard for me to find a pair of shoes that are comfortable enough to wear all day and so I really wanted to get these repaired. The soles were coming apart from the upper part of the shoe. Now like brand new! I am so thankful I found you and will certainly use you again for any repairs I might need. The work was done quickly and with such pleasant service!
