The care I received from Dr Fryer and technician Maddie T. was exceptional, she is a great Dr ! she is very compassionate and thorough, takes her time and is patient in explaining things, Maddie was also great texting me about upcoming appointments and meds needed for the appointment. This was my first appointment with Dr Fryer and I was completely satisfied and confident in her findings and care for my pet.
I was provided with thorough information to help my dogs through their illness. I felt heard and supported. The Dr. was knowledgeable. But also the staff was prompt in their communication as well. The Dr. was patient and really took her time to understand all the issues so we can figure out the best way to treat my dogs. This was my first time seeing her and I would see her again!!
My pet cat Licorice had a very sudden medical emergency, and VCA directed me to come to 1st Pet's. I had a very excruciatingly limited amount of funds, and despite that 1st Pets managed to provide excellent care, information, diagnosis and even medication. I could not be more thankful.
