I wanted to mention that Jeff at the Gilbert location has been a tremendous help every time we visit for our pup. He is easy to talk to, polite, resourceful and answers any questions we have in regards to our pet. We highly recommend Jeff regarding scheduling, customer service, and answering any questions you need answered. Jeff is a wonderful addition to the Banfield Gilbert location!
I made an appointment for my rescue dog. She stopped eating and drinking. I was u able to go to my regular vet because of the holiday. My dog died because I couldn't get to the vet.Banfield was the only place open.They did what they could but it was too late.I was heart broken. But I blame being told that it was a holiday and no one was available at my vet.I will not trash him,but I'll never use him again.
My cat had gotten injured, I made an appointment online, there were very good with keeping me up to date with my appointment schedule. There was a little conflict with my appointment same day with double booking, but they resolved it right away and provided amazing service. The staff was very professional and took very good care of my cat and provided her with antibiotics and now she is fully healed. I look forward to them being my main vet provider from here on now.
