Went in for a consultation about repairing my frames. The pin was broken. Delilah was very helpful. Took about 7 minutes and didn’t cost anything. Delilah also laughed at my silly “may the force be with you” jokes.

Found out they were in our network I jumped to make an appointment. The Doctor who gave me my exam was very thorough on what I needed. Then the young lady who helped me get my frames knew what would look good on me. She took my order and smiled the whole time. She would explained what my insurance would cover and never pressured me on getting something else. She also helped us get my husband lens for his glasses he currently has. I will continue using this vision center as long as my insurance is in network with Walmart.

Originally I have to be honest...WalMart? But this crew exceeded my expectations with the level of service and professionalism. The entire staff is very personable and friendly. The selection was surprisingly good; name brands, frame options, pricing and the valuable opinions of the team was helpful in making my decisions for eyewear. I've had to return for warranty issues and the matter was resolved quickly and with what exactly was promised at my first consultation. I would hands down recommend this office! Great job!
