Many customers have shared positive experiences, mentioning how helpful and kind the staff are, and how they make the process quick and easy. One reviewer appreciated that they could get an appointment just days in advance, with minimal wait time, and was impressed by the customer service from staff like Crystal at checkout, who shared about deals on glasses.
