Late last night my A/C completely went out and, being in Arizona, that’s about the worst timing possible. I was frantically calling around to different companies that claimed to offer “emergency services,” but not one of them made it a priority to come out. Then I called John at Royal Mechanical Services and within an hour I had a tech at my door. That kind of response alone already set them apart. The technician, Jairo, was friendly, informative, and professional. Even though the repair required OEM parts because of my warranty, he didn’t just leave us without A/C. He went above and beyond to get the system temporarily running so my kids didn’t have to suffer in the heat, and then went out of his way to grab the OEM parts to finish the job properly. This is what real customer service looks like. They didn’t just check a box, they cared. In a world where most companies only do the bare minimum, Royal Mechanical Services went the extra mile. I’m extremely grateful and will absolutely be recommending them to anyone in Maricopa who needs honest, reliable A/C service.
