This is now The Plumbers - same tel and address as the Maricopa Mountain Plumbing. We used them back in 2015 and thought the service was great. We called them again Nov 2023 for shower filter cartridge replacement. Two people came, 1 male and 1 female, and they said they have to buy the parts. They came back and replaced the cartridge for less than 1 hour and charged us $275 without any details on the receipt except shower cartridge replacement. We thought the charge was very high especially since they didn't explain what was wrong, what they replaced, and the cartridge is 40$ on amazon. Called out to give us a quote to repipe from our hot water heater to our bathroom using apex. For a plumber, someone that does this job daily, it should have taken less than an hour to complete. The person quoted us $2,000. Dollars. Lol. We went ahead and completed the job ourselves for $150.00 in parts and a couple of hours! So, you can chose for yourself to call or not!!! I would think, NOT.

Don't use Maricopa Mountain Plumbing!!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told that my sink was fixed only to have it back up the first time the it was used. John said he would go out the next business day. However, at 7 am I got a text message saying, "I'll be there tomorrow. Something came up." When John called I was told that the clog "is not my fault." When I spoke to the office, I was told, "unclogging sinks is not guaranteed." The owner, Bob gave an insincere apology. If I could give a half of a star, I would.
