Kool Line has been great to us both times we’ve used them! Same day, quick service. Honest and helpful each time which is even more appreciated. Kyle was awesome to us today and got the job done!
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. First, they replaced my water heater. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up well after themselves! Then I came back from IL to find my AC was not working properly. Scott came that day and checked it out! He then gave me a few options. I chose to replace the AC unit with a new one. They had the new one installed in 2 days! Very reliable and fast service by very friendly and professional guys at the best rates I have seen!
Mike and Farzana were absolutely magnificent! I can’t stress enough how their personable approach transformed my experience as a customer. Mike, in particular, should be the standard for how customer service is done. His communication throughout a two-day visit for separate work orders was so effective that we ended up purchasing a water softener! I am now a Kooline customer for life.
