Spigot / Bib Replacement
Since I have time let me post my appreciation while i have the time...
12/2025 I paid a fee to my home warranty to fix a spigot that was leaking only to be told that it wasnt conected to the house they denied my claim. After 5 years of failed claims i cancelled my service and called Cleverland immediately (Found on Maricopa Black Chamber of Commerce). The team of 2 came out under 30 minutes and within an hour replaced the bib immediately. Very professional and respectable of the yard. A definite contact to save. Had them come out to repipe the house due to poor building and Nafiz was nothing but professional, fair, friendly, all the good adjectives. If you have plumbing needs, contact Cleverland.

Cleverland Plumbing is hands-down the best in Maricopa. This guy literally saved my house. I initially hired a different plumber to install a gas line, and it was a disaster—he failed to pull a permit, used recalled piping, and installed everything out of code. When I asked him to come back and fix it, he flat-out refused. That’s when I called Cleverland Plumbing, and they were phenomenal from start to finish. They walked me through exactly what needed to be done to meet code, corrected the previous work, and did it all at an affordable price. I’ll definitely be using them again. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!
