Brandi is such an awesome friend & business owner. She is professional, hospitable, and knows/understands how to make you feel more than comfortable along with being so welcoming. I have to concur with the other reviews, Brandi is great. I saw something about skin care on tv and went to Bradi for a consultation. I was skeptical and didn't think that I could afford all the things that I hoped to get done. She explained everything in every detail about what she could do. She makes you feel like she's your best friend and wants you to call her about any concerns. She follows up after every procedure to make sure you're doing fine at home. I was self conscience about eye bags and deep wrinkles on my face. Not any more, after new collagen changed my appearance. It was so fulfilling to see the amount care and process Brandi puts into the procedures.
Brandi explained the procedure several times before the procedure. I was looking forward to it and was intrigued about what the results might look like. I was expecting the worst but it wasn't as painful as I expected and it was over before I knew it. I was surprised that the follow up was so important and that so much care was taken. I'm happy with the results and looking forward to my next visit.
