This company goes above and beyond! I wish I would’ve known about them the last time I needed to purchase a unit. They are by far the BEST! They truly care about their customers and it shows. My unit went down on a Sunday and they replaced it the following day. They even provided me with a temp fan to get through the night. All the work is thoroughly inspected after installation. No extra fees for weekend responses either. Best experience ever! ?
Josh made a follow up call to add a sound buffer to our recently purchased air conditioning unit. He was quick and thorough in adding the buffer. Afterwards, Josh showed my wife and I pictures he took of the finished unit. He described exactly what he had done. We felt very secure in knowing the job had been done correctly.
