On 03/10/2026 due to complications with my breathing i contacted my primary doctor Optum who referred me on 02/16/2026 to a pulmonary doctor i have bot received any updat as to when I would be seen. Upon contacting the pulmonary doctor I was told no referral had been received. I contacted Oprum referral dept who told me to contact my doctor to find out what's what. After back and forth with no results I reached a Mrs Shae with Oprum who handled EVERYTHING she called chased and provided me with info no one else seemed interested in providing. Mrs Shae received my stress frustration and fear. ThNk you Mrs Shea.

My wife Patti had an appt at 4P. We arrived at 4P. They got us in right away. Dr. Macko entered and rapidly began explaining that (Because we were late arriving he only had limited time talking to Her, because the (scheduled) was waiting... twice more us being (late) reduced his time discussing her prior test results. After he went over her (test) results, Patti had to tell him the present reason for today's visit. As seniors we felt it was inappropriate to admonish us for not being on time.
