Nurse practitioner Brian was very helpful and reassuring regarding my plugged ear wax issues. He also printed out his instructions for my further use at home. The staff nurse working with him was kind and very skilled at treating my ear with flushing solution. I forgot her name, unfortunately. Overall it was a very timely and positive experience.
Only now do I realize how important my primary care physician is. My experience with Dr Pang cannot be more thorough and thoughtful.
