My experience yesterday was great. As always, when I departed after the images were taken, cleaning and check out by the Dentist, I did not feel as if my teeth were cleaned. So gentle but thorough. And Andres' modified my retainers to where I can take them out without assistance! And the perfect smile!!!

I was referred to Endodontist for a root canal. In the mean time I was put on antibiotics and after 5 days of antibiotics there was no improvement. I called the Gladden office and explained how the pain had gotten worse and asked if there could be different antibiotics I could be put on, while waiting for my root canal. And all that was done was more pain meds were called in. And I eventually had side effects caused by the antibiotics. I was beyond miserable and in so much pain. The Endodonist ended up telling he was not doing the root canal because the tooth couldn’t be saved. All that time wasted and me suffering with the pain. I went someone completely different and they took care of me the same day. And gave me the respect and validation I deserved. And the proper antibiotics and medication. And the appropriate procedures were done.

I called with an urgent tooth pain visit request. They got me in super fast. The visit itself was so pleasant. Andres was amazing from his greeting to his goodbye. He made me feel at ease about the entire procedure. The dentist was fabulous! He never made me feel awful about my tooth issues and took care of my problem as fast as he could. He did a great job!
