We have a very bad experience with the front desk lady. No wonder people were complaining about them. She is arrogant and unpleasant tp people.

Not happy with this place right now. Things were fine up until recently. What is most frustrating to me is that I always have an extremely difficult time trying to get in there for sick visits, because they are frequently booked out for two or three months, then I end up in urgent care to get help. Messages that I leave in my patient portal go unnoticed for days until they decide it's good and convenient for them. The last message that I left them was in September, so fast forward to December and still no response. My philosophy is why do I need them if they can't be there when I need them??? I am currently making plans to cut my losses and move on to somewhere in which I am valued as a patient and not just another dollar sign and number. I mean, why continue on with such a place when there are many others out there to choose from? I don't know what the problem is over there, but I am surmising that they have bitten off more than they can chew in terms of overbooking. Either that or they are severely short staffed. My advice would be to look elsewhere, otherwise you will most likely be left hanging. Health care has reached such a sorry state that it is absolutely ridiculous. I just had my LAST appointment that I will ever have with Village Medical. I waited well over 45 minutes for the provider to come on for a video appointment, which is completely unacceptable to me. I had things to do and had to get ready for work and it was a major infringement on my time that I set aside for this provider. Add to the mix that she was standoffish and rude and condescending when she did finally join the virtual. I am done being treated like I am not valued as a patient. I tried to give them one final chance to right the ship, but this was the final straw. Try to get in for a sick visit....it ain't happening. They are booked up until May. I have closed the door on Village Medical. Things aren't going to get better, so I am moving on. It's a crying shame and a disgrace, but it is what it is, I guess.

I have been going to see Dr Liu for over 15 years. He is the best! Very knowledgeable, shows care and kindness to his patients and has the best staff! I would highly recommend him! 11/6/24 Had a telehealth visit and it was great! Always so concerned about what I am going thru and feel I can rely on him to do the right thing that is best for my health! 4/15/25 Had a telehealth visit with Dr Lui. I can always count on Dr Lui to listen to my concerns and we come to a joint decision on my care. I have a great rapport with him and so glad I found him to be my Dr.
