I’ve had over 20 facials in my life, and nothing has come close to the experience Louise provided. She is truly an expert in her craft. Every product she used was exceptional, and my skin has been glowing for days afterward. Her massage techniques are absolutely incredible and elevated the entire experience. Louise has a remarkable ability to make you feel completely relaxed, cared for, and rejuvenated. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, talented, and passionate about what they do, I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Had a wonderful facial with Louise yesterday. What a beautiful luxury spa experience and truly excellent facial by Louise.

The amenities are everything you would expect from a high end luxury spa. The staff were very welcoming. The facilities are beautiful and clean. The Aveda products are fabulous. The ladies changing rooms have absolutely everything you could want for your spa service and a day at the pool including bathrobes, towels, hair, skin and sun products, everything to get ready after your shower.

Had a lovely massage and soak for my birthday. They even decorated my locker, got a box of chocolates and gave me a free drink at the bar. It was such a nice surprise! I truly felt special. Can’t wait for another massage next month. I do wish they would have keratin hair treatments added to their salon. Hopefully in the future.
