I swapped out my thermostat but was having issues getting it to work, so I called Cooler Tymes and they were able to get someone to my house within the hour. It took them less than 30 minutes to diagnose the issue and get it working again! This is the 3rd time I have used this company and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Andres, a technician from Cooler Thymes HVAC, came to my house on time to service my fresh air fan which another company had told me needed to be replaced at a cost of $750. Andres was very kind and honest and told me I just had a loose wire connection. As soon as he hooked the wire back up my fan was working again. I just had to pay for the service call. I am so glad I called Cooler Thymes for a second opinion. They saved me the cost and hassle of getting my fan replaced by the other company. I will be using Cooler Thymes for my HVAC needs from now on.

These folks (Mike, Wes, Brian, Courtney, others??) are outstanding. I'm very jaded when it comes to AC companies - particularly in the Southwest. But, for me at least, these guys were over the top in service, pricing and friendliness (and that last one always counts for not just something, but alot!!). Thank you folks!! Jeff
