“I am extremely impressed by the craftsmanship, pride, and friendliness of Ian. I was sincerely shocked by the results at a fair price. He saved me a lot of money. This repair could have been much worse. I was replacing a toilet in my upstairs master bathroom when I noticed the flange was rotted away as I was picking at it the sub-flooring started going with it. I was very concerned. Even prepared to file a homeowners insurance claim. The old toilet had slowly been leaking into the wood sub-flooring. The insulation fortunately contained the water so no leak downstairs and no mold. Fixer was the only company that could get me a handyman in the same day (competitors were weeks away).
