Eric Gedalje is definitely the top real estate agent in Lake Havasu for good reason. There was a property that hit the market in the area that my wife and I love. I called Eric and he met us over there right away. We absolutely loved the home and had to act swiftly as another offer was on the table. He had offer sent over shortly after we met and battled to get our offer accepted! Eric and his staff are truly go getters and were instrumental in helping us secure our second home in Lake Havasu! Highly recommend Eric Gedalje and The Gedalje Group!
Eric Gedalje is truly the best real estate agent in Lake Havasu. He helped us sell our home for full price in tough market conditions with an actual marketing plan! He excels on social media, professional photography, excellent articulation, and he definitely knows how to negotiate! He truly knows the area better than anyone, after all the man graduated high school in Lake Havasu. Top listing agent in Lake Havasu and highly recommend!
Brionna was incredible work with and super responsive to any of questions at any time. Her organization and speed were both so helpful and crucial in helping us find our first home. She was incredibly patient with us as we had an extensive search for homes in the Flagstaff area. Her knowledge of the various Flagstaff neighborhoods made us feel super confident in our decision when finalizing our home.
