“Eric Gedalje is definitely the top real estate agent in Lake Havasu for good reason. There was a property that hit the market in the area that my wife and I love. I called Eric and he met us over there right away. We absolutely loved the home and had to act swiftly as another offer was on the table. He had offer sent over shortly after we met and battled to get our offer accepted! Eric and his staff are truly go getters and were instrumental in helping us secure our second home in Lake Havasu! Highly recommend Eric Gedalje and The Gedalje Group!”

“friendly, energetic amazing team. Sarah and Jeff were both very responsive to phone calls and text messages. They were friendly and knowledgeable of the market. They explained things clearly and answered any questions we had about houses, the market, or the buying process. I loved working with them in person to find our house. I also appreciated that they did video walk thru viewings of houses when we were far away in Canada, which helped immensely so we didn't have to constantly travel back and forth. They were easy going and professional. The extended Collins team was also great. We were so happy with everyone we worked with.”
