i do use this place when i'm in havasu. i love more attentiveness. more time and patience needed ... clients expect one on one attention kindness and a thorough service! especially when we pay a thorough price! ...very important! to take your time... thx

Went based on a recommendation from a local massage therapist. I arrived on time for my 9am appointment, only to find that it took another 10 minutes for the nail techs to walk through the front entrance, then another 10 minutes to get situated for my pedi. My pedi was fantastic. I upgraded to the deluxe. When my tech finished, I expected him to transfer me to a chair for my nails. Instead, he moved on to another clients nails, and I had to wait for another tech to finish the client she was working on. I mentioned that I had to be at another appointment and asked if there would be enough time for my nails. I was assured there would be. My nail tech was very rough in handling my mani. I ended up leaving with rough feeling edges and uneven nail beds/tips. I get mani-pedis every other week in my home state. I know what to expect. This was disappointing. Not to mention the atmosphere... less than appealing. Only go if you're desperate!!
