My rating is mainly because of the office staff unprofessional behavior. I also do not care for the fact that he makes himself inaccessible to his patients (you are unable to communicate with him as everything is funneled through the staff). I am not sure if he knowingly runs his practice like this or not. Unless you pay for an appointment you are unable to speak with him.

Myself and my husband both see Shawn O’Haver and love him.! He is thorough, very direct, to the point and does not sugar coat his words. We love that.!! If you want to be caudled , he’s not your guy. I was over weight, now I’m down nearly 60 pounds. Blood pressure is great. He made me stick with it. He takes the time to research my questions and concerns while I’m there if he’s unsure. Everyone I’ve referred to him shares my feelings

I'm so thankful for this Doctor 🙏, He helping me with a lot of different issues I was dealing with, for years, I also lost 30 lb (I try a lot of different things to lose weight and nothing work for me before).
I also appreciate that he goes straight to the problem.
